The second annual Water Street Festival is turning downtown Kerrville into a free community block party celebrating local art, music, heritage and culture! Families can enjoy live music, interactive art, artisan vendors, a farmers market, kids’ activities, local food and drinks, and a kids’ parade at 1:00 PM.

Water and Earl Garrett Streets will be closed to traffic, creating a walkable, pet-friendly festival area through the heart of downtown. Free parking is available in the downtown parking garage and on surrounding streets.
